6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Redeepseek does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Users should independently verify critical information. AI outputs should not be considered professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redeepseek's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redeepseek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination

12. Dispute Resolution
