We want you to be fully satisfied with Redeepseek. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our paid subscription plans.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers to any paid plan (Starter or Professional) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. No questions asked. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and to the first billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with your account email
- Include the reason for your refund (optional but appreciated)
- We process refund requests within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months after the 7-day guarantee window.
5. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused full months remaining on your annual plan, minus a 15% early termination fee.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Custom/API plan fees (governed by individual service agreements)
- Usage already consumed under the free trial
- Third-party services or add-ons purchased through Redeepseek
7. Billing Disputes
If you notice an unexpected charge, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We'll work to resolve any billing issues quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will not affect refund requests already submitted under the previous policy.
